TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SPOILAGE: When ordering blanks, please allow for up to 2% misprints, which will not be replaced. Any misprinted items due to our error MUST be returned to us to receive full credit. Liability is limited to $4 per garment.
APPAREL: We are not held liable for any shirts that were recommended. We cannot guarantee inventory will always be available.
ART SUBMISSION: Submit digital VECTOR files using either Adobe Illustrator or Legacy .AI (no earlier than CS5) or a Vector PDF file or Photoshop (.PSD, .EPS, .TIF or .JPG).
RASTER files at 300 DPI at actual size, razor sharp in appearance. Fonts and text must be converted to OUTLINES, PATHS, or CURVES.
Not Acceptable File Formats: Word (.doc, docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pps), Publisher (.pub), Rich Text Format (.rtf), Open Office (.odt), CorelDRAW (.cdr), or GIF (.gif). All art files must be embedded in one file. NO LINKED FILES."
For any files not sent in vector or high-resolution raster, there will be a minimum fee of $35. No exceptions. If you are not printing the design exactly as it is shown in the artwork, you will need to explain in the email how you want to print it, OR provide an accurate mock-up.
PRICING: Price quotes are not final until our art department evaluates the art being submitted. Final quoted print prices are subject to change.
CHANGES/CANCELATION: Once your shirts have been ordered, any changes made to the sizes, color, or quantity can be subject to a restocking fee of 20% (minimum fee of $15). If your order is cancelled during or after the production process, you can be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%.
